Business Services Walk-In Hours:
To provide the best services and fastest processing for our customers at the Secretary of State’s Office, Business Services walk-in hours are available Monday through Thursday. The office is closed to in-person, walk-in Business Services customers on Fridays, but online and phone services are still available. For online services, please proceed to our online filing portal at enterprise.sos.nm.gov. We look forward to serving you and please contact us with any questions.
All business filings have moved to online process. We will no longer accept paper filings for any business applications. Please proceed to https://enterprise.sos.nm.gov/ and create or log in to an account. Once logged in, all forms can be located on the left hand side under the tab labled “Forms”.
