Effective December 9th, 2024 all business filings have moved to online process. We will no longer accept paper filings for any business applications. Please proceed to https://enterprise.sos.nm.gov/ and create or log in to an account. Once logged in, all forms can be located on the left hand side under the tab labled “Forms”.

Online Voter Registration
You can use the Online Voter Registration system to:
- Register to vote in federal, state, county, and city elections in New Mexico.
- Update your registration if your name or address has changed. You can also update your registration if you want to change your political party.
