Business Services Division Updates
Important Notice
Effective April 1, 2020, Business Services will no longer accept internal forms with a revision date prior to 2020. All filings received must only be submitted via Online Services or by paper form as prescribed by the Office of the Secretary of State.
Attention:
All Biennial corporate reports with a due date of April 15, 2021 will be automatically granted an extension to follow suit with the Federal tax extension granted on May 17, 2021 due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

ATTENTION LOBBYISTS AND LOBBYIST EMPLOYERS!!
The Office of the Secretary of State has transitioned to a new online lobbyist registration and reporting system.
ALL LOBBYISTS AND LOBBYIST EMPLOYERS ARE REQUIRED TO COMPLETE THE ONLINE REGISTRATION PROCESS IN THE NEW SYSTEM TO CREATE AN EMPLOYER/EMPLOYEE RELATIONSHIP IN THE NEW SYSTEM PRIOR TO THE 2021 LEGISLATIVE SESSION.

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT FOR FINANCIAL DISCLOSURE STATEMENT FILERS!
If required to file a Financial Disclosure Statement, you will do so ELECTRONICALLY in the new Campaign Finance Information System (CFIS). There are no more paper forms to file. If you already have an account in the NEW CFIS, you can file using that CFIS account. To register for an account in the new CFIS, or to access your existing account:
