UCC Filings
UCC filings or liens are legal forms that a creditor files to give notice that it has an interest in the personal or business property of a debtor.
As of March 4, 2024, all UCC filings are completed online using the UCC Filing Portal. Click HERE to be directed to the UCC Filing Portal.
Prepaid accounts are no longer available to use for UCC filings. If you have a prepaid account balance and would like to request a refund, please complete the Refund Request Form.
Effective March 18, 2024, we will no longer accept paper applications for UCC and EFS filings.
