Where and When to File – Proper Filing Officer
Declarations of candidacy and candidate qualification documents will be filed with:
· New Mexico Secretary of State office for Statewide and Congressional Offices. The filing day is Tuesday, February 3, 2026, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
· The County Clerk office of the county in which the candidate resides. The filing day is Tuesday, March 10, 2026, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
